Gone Girl
Gone Girl
By: Gillian Flynn
This book was all the rage so I thought I better see for myself. It is a gripping tale but the author’s halfway-point-whiplash lost my trust and faith in the story.
The plot was interesting and keeps your attention- for sure a page-turner.
Lots of crude language. Too graphic. Too dysfunctional. Normally I wouldn't finish a book like this but wanted to know what happened because I wasn't going to watch the movie.
Also didn't like the ending. If you want to psychoanalyze some people- you may enjoy this book- they have a lot of issues to ponder. But this book was too annoying and appalling to consider recommending to anyone.
Note: I read this book before I had a better method for reviewing books, sorry I couldn’t provide more content here.
